Always use as directed. Wear over a layer of clothing to prevent burns. Avoid adding pressure to the heated area as this can cause the heat to intensify. For this reason, we do not recommend sleeping with or laying on the Heat Patch.
Can I use these for other aches?
While designed for period relief, they can also alleviate back aches and general aches.
Can I use them while pregnant?

What if my patch doesn’t heat up?
