These work well. I've enjoyed Ashwagandha in the past because it helps me sleep and calms my mood. This blend works well. I'm happy with the product so far. No negative side effects.

    I have been taking Ashwagandha in liquid form to help me sleep more soundly. Ashwagandha has a strong bitter taste and swallowing it in liquid form was always a challenge. I switched to Stress Hrx Ashwagandha formula in capsule form. This is great as it's easy to swallow the capsule and there is no aftertaste. I take a capsule one hour before going to sleep, and I find I wake up less frequently during the night and, with 8 to 9 hours of sleep, I don’t feel tired the next morning.

    What I like about his formulation is the 400mg of actual Ashwagandha power added to the 200 mg of Ashwagandha concentrated extract. I have no experience with the Bacopa and Nardostachys that are also part of the formula and am researching this mixture further (herbs often work synergistically when combined).

    I only take one capsule at night and that works well for me.

    Hard to open

    The seller made things right when I expressed this problem. I love Ashwagandha and I loved the price of these. However, they were impossible for me to open. It is not a normal “child proof” cap. I had to cut the hard plastic bottle open.

    This put me to sleep in about 20 minutes. I tend to stress a lot🥲 especially as an over thinker and this definitely has helped.

    I was searching for a side effect free medicine for the head ache due to work related stress for my wife. She has been suffering it for the last 4 years. I surfed the ayurvedic websites and I understood that a combination Aswagantha, bacopa and jatamansi can soothe her.
